I had no idea how easy sorbet is to make– I think I may have to go out tomorrow to get some supplies for future sorbets. I'm thinking ginger peach, mango anise, or avocado lime although the fad online seems to be wine sorbets... possibilities are limitless.
The key is the sugar... just enough will keep it from freezing solid.
